  2. Solutions: Types of solutions, the solubility of the gas in liquids, solid solutions, colligative properties.

  4. Chemical Kinetics: Rate of a reaction, factors affecting the rate of a reaction, temperature, catalyst, order and molecularity of a reaction.
  5. Surface Chemistry: Adsorption, Chemisorption, Catalysis of homogenous and heterogeneous, enzyme catalysis, colloid properties, Brownian movement, electrophoresis, types of emulsions.
  6. General principles and processes of isolations of elements – Principles, methods to extract, oxidation, extraction of aluminum, copper, zinc and iron.
